About Deana

With more than two decades of experience in high-stakes, complex professional service environments, Deana is known for her ability to align brand, strategy, and execution with laser-sharp focus. Her career began in regional marketing for a national accounting and consulting firm, ultimately leading to executive roles at a Big 4 consultancy, where she served as a geographic marketing leader and later supported the firm’s Forensics and White Collar Investigations Practice in a senior business development role. She was later tapped to serve as the firmwide Director of Client Development for a global Am Law 100 law firm, where she led strategic growth and client engagement initiatives nationwide.

Deana  is both strategic and hands-on. Whether launching a new product, driving visibility for Cygnus, or building out sustainable creative infrastructure, she works side by side with team mates  to transform goals into real momentum.

Education

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Notre Dame of Maryland University and a Master of Arts in Creative Business Leadership from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
